  • Generation of High-Quality Knowledge: Research and development activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards. The university aims to continuously improve the quality and quantity of its publications, contribute to raising living standards nationally and globally, and transform scientific and technological advancements into social and economic benefits.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Academic programs, infrastructure, and services are regularly reviewed, improved, and enhanced through innovative approaches. The university promotes lifelong learning and adopts best practices.
  • Social Responsibility and Sustainability: Near East University adheres to sustainability principles to fulfill its responsibilities towards society and the environment. It develops projects that address social needs and places strong emphasis on environmental protection.

This policy is embraced by all units and staff of Near East University and is implemented in cooperation with the Directorate of Quality and Accreditation. In line with this policy, the university is committed to continuously enhancing its quality and achieving recognition as a distinguished institution at the international level.
