1. Purpose

The aim of Near East University’s Quality Policy is to ensure the qualification of education, research, and social contribution activities in accordance with national and international standards; to enhance student, staff, and stakeholder satisfaction; to continuously improve all processes through data-based management, measurement-evaluation, and risk approach; and to develop a sustainable institutional performance by creating an ethical, transparent, and accountable quality culture.

2. Scope

Near East University’s Quality Policy covers the fundamental principles within the framework of its participatory and holistic approach, reflecting its vision, mission, and values as realized through its activities in research, learning-teaching, internationalization, digitalization, and social responsibility.

3. Student-Centered Approach

The university is committed to supporting students’ academic success and personal development. Educational processes are structured by prioritizing student satisfaction, needs, and feedback.

4. Generation of High-Quality Knowledge

Research and development activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards. The university aims to continuously improve the quality and quantity of its publications, contribute to raising living standards nationally and globally, and transform scientific and technological advancements into social and economic benefits.

5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Academic programs, infrastructure, and services are regularly reviewed, improved, and enhanced through innovative approaches. The university promotes lifelong learning and adopts best practices.

This policy is periodically reviewed and updated as necessary. It has been adopted by all units and staff of Near East University and is implemented in cooperation with the Directorate of Quality and Accreditation. In line with this policy, our university commits to continuously enhancing quality and achieving recognition as an esteemed international educational institution.
